[Tiger 321]

Services Offered

I'm offering the following services for your Armortek Tiger I, using your original parts.

Exhaust Cover Modifications - $50/Pair + shipping

This modification adds more detail to the exhaust cover by adding the reinforcement ridge to the top and bottom edge. I will silver solder a half round brass bead on the top and bottom, file, clean by glass bead blasting, fill, sand and primer your shields. Dent and damage to the real Tiger I shield was a common field damage, please email me in advance for additional special pricing for your dented cover.

See Detail - Hull Rear for images and descriptions.

Road Wheel Modifications - $399 + shipping

This modification puts an approximate 2.5mm recess into the road wheels used on the outer two rows. Mounted on custom tooling for accurate centering (+-.10mm), this work is done on a lathe manually, no CNC. I spend over 20 hours cutting and then test fitting your hubs to the wheels, replicating the overall original design as found on the Bovington Tiger I. This modification does not change in any way the spacing between the wheels, enhancing for detail only.

The original steel spacers CE0215 are also cut down to allow the hub to fit into the recess. End cap CE0211 is replaced by my supplied 2mm thick end cap. In order to keep the replacement end cap CE0211 at 2mm thick, hub B CE0212 must also have about 1.5-2mm removed from the inside for clearance. The spacers are countersunk and replacement M4 countersunk screws included.

These are the items I will need sent for the machine work:

(8) CE0215 End caps (machined)
(8) CE0213 Double tire road wheels
(8) CE0204 Single tire road wheels (Key feature of this wheel are the six M3 holes around center hole)
(1) 6000RS Bearing (For trial fitting)
(1) CE0214 Axle A (For trial fitting)
(8) CE0216 Hub A (For trial fitting)
(8) CE0212 Hub B (machined)
